CLEAN FUEL DELIVERED FROM TURKMENISTAN TO AFGHANISTAN AS HUMANITARIAN AID

The first batch of environmentally friendly gasoline in the amount of 60 tons, shipped as humanitarian aid from the world's only plant for the production of gasoline from natural gas, opened and put into operation with the participation of the President of Turkmenistan, arrived on July 1, 2019 from Turkmenistan at the Akina station of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.

At the Akina station, humanitarian aid with gasoline was received by the mayor of the township of Akina Azimi Bashir Ahmad, the representative of the Foreign Ministry of Afghanistan Ghulam Resul Aymak, the leaders of the customs of the station Akina, representatives of oil and gas and railway structures and other officials.

Then a solemn ceremony of handing over humanitarian goods to the Afghan side took place. During the ceremony, the mayor of the township of Akina and other official representatives of Afghanistan spoke, expressing their sincere gratitude to the President of Turkmenistan for constantly providing fraternal assistance and wished the Turkmen Leader good health and great success in all endeavors.

Also, in order to widely publicize the arrival of humanitarian aid, representatives of the Afghan media - local television channels Aina, Batyr and Milli, as well as journalists from the Turkish Anadolu Ajansy news agency took an active part in the ceremony.
